What is MyPyramid

My Pyramid is a great site. Remember the 4 basic food groups? This is it with a new kick and a great website tool to boot. Take a couple minutes and fill out the information to develop your pyramid. From here, we can determine what's next for our diet and workout regimen. Please post comments to let me know you are done. For myself, I am expected to have 2600 calories per day with a minimum of 30 minutes of exercise most of the days, 4 or greater.

I went to MyPyramid also and I should have 2000 cal a day and a min of 30 min exercise for 4 days. The important thing on this website is that it also lets you know what food groups you should be eating from and how many servings in a week. I am going to try and see what happens. I have one monh till Vegas and I have some pants that look like I glue them on right now and hope they fit a little nicer in a month.

ok me too - 2000 calories a day and 30 min of exercise most days. I am hoping going down one size (MAYBE TWO) is my Christmas present to myself!

They have me at 2200 calories and 30 minutes of exercise most days as well. My goal is to lose 45lbs by Jamaica (at the end of February)!!!
